AGRICORP INTERNATIONAL APPOINTS OGADINMA MORDI AS MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mordi brings over a decade of experience in procurement and logistics.
Lagos, Nigeria, March 24, 2022. Agricorp International, Nigeria’s fast growing spices and livestock producing startup, has appointed Ogadinma Mordi as its Managing Director. Mordi who is a Procurement and Supply Chain expert brings 13 years of experience managing procurement and investments to Agricorp International.
Ogadinma Mordi worked as Category Buyer of Nigerian Breweries Plc (a Heineken company) for about 5 years across Supply Chain Services and Energy, as well as Logistics and Investment projects. Before that, he managed logistics and other categories across multinational brands including Lafarge Holcim and Diageo (Guinness Nigeria) for 8 years.
“Ogadinma’s track record speaks for him. He brings with him a skill set that is unequalled in today’s agricultural market,” said Kenneth Obiajulu, CEO, Agricorp Holdings Limited (UK). “We are building a multinational company, as such it only makes sense that someone that has worked in 3 multinationals at senior levels, supports us in positioning Agricorp in that light”.
While at Heineken, Mordi helped to secure the remodelling of the organisation’s transportation system with 46% increase in the trucking capacity, improved sustainability by CO2 emission reduction and obtained cost and cash benefits. This project was adjudged by Heineken, globally, as the best and most successful project in Q3 2019. He also led the successful negotiation of the installation and operation of the first solar-powered brewery contract in Africa.
Through his eventful career, Mordi was responsible for directly managing procurement budgets between €30m and €50m across the various brands he worked with.

Ogadinma who received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Redeemer’s University, Nigeria, also holds an Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Supply from the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS), UK and is currently enrolled in for his Masters in CIPS. Ogadinma is also a Certified International Procurement Professional with the International Academy of Project Management (IAPM).
Ogadinma will be in charge of leading Agricorp International’s business from the headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria while Kenneth Obiajulu will lead expansion efforts across Africa.
